I would suggest wearing headphones if you got 'em, it's nice to hear that low bass in the background.

Hope you enjoy

Very creepy

Wow, this is just the sort of music that I associate with Halloween, where the start is creepy and the bassline only adds to the suspense.

After the initial suspense, the adition of the freaky thing in the middle, the pursuit begins in earnest. The additional pacing even has me typing faster and it seems more frantic, before the object of the chase seems to go into hiding and the pulse is given a chance to settle down again.

Certainly one piece of note, but I think that there is a more sinister twist that can be given to this, just for the time of year - the hunter catches the prey and as a result, a grisly murder scene plays out, when the prey is at the mercy of the hunter and if it decides to toy with it, or just finish it quickly, the whole piece could be used for something very scary as opposed to just suspenseful.

Thanks Coop! I kinda did go for the suspenseful aspect, the creepiness just kinda came as I went.

I appreciate your input :)

an interesting start

This song is interesting, but I do feel that it could use some major work;

This song seems to jump from one rhythm to another rather randomly, and doesn't really stay within any specific note scale. You would do really well to start with a strong, driving, definitive bassline/ drum pattern.

I had a pretty hard time following the beat of this song to be honest with you; I didn't really dig any of the major patterns produced here.

My guess is that you are slighty new to the music writing game, and there's nothing wrong with that if you are.

My suggestions for you:
- Tutorials could really help you hone your style; they can also teach you almost anything you want to know about your music creating software
- Learn some note scales that you like the sound of, and try writing your phrases within that scale
- Find a nice groove that you can dig, and work from the ground up with your songs; let the drums/bass guide things a little more often
- Try to make things a bit less repetitive

Overall, good effort just keep at it

Thank you very much for your input. Yes I am very new to music writing and I even felt myself doing things at random, and I did. I tried to not make it so repetitive but I guess that didn't work out :/.

Thanks alot for the tips!

Charming

You can just see this one going with all kinds of short films and flashes and games I think. It has a slightly creepy factor put in it making you feel slightly chilly as you turn up a heater to enjoy this song in the cold dank room you are stuck in while this song is played into a loud speaker.

The low bass is very chilling and feels like it is simply coming after you and nothing else is going to even be enough to stop it from coming either. The synth bells are nice and give an eerie effect of being stuck alone for hours on end.

The reverse sound was kind of creepy. The drums are nice and give a feel of trying to find a way out of the room as you find small things that could work when put together as well. Very dark and chilled song.

Overall, very dark feeling piece. Very nice too.
