It's good but a few parts are kinda off:
at 0:44 that chord on the guitar is kinda muddy, try finding a new chord and mess with the notes.
After the drums come in a can't help but hear a lot of resonance in the high and low ends. Some EQ is needed there.
It needs an ending!
