This was the second in a series used for a voice acting contest. The requirement was to take any cartoon character and have them explain how they would conquer the world. Poor, lovable Bill was chosen for his easy going style and large gun collection. I'm also pretty political, so this was a great chance to make funny at Congress's expense. This was recorded at the world famous studio, my laundy room. Enjoy!
