Got my inspiration from watching birds take a dump on my lawn, interesting. My worry is some of the samples might sound a tid-bit basic

You have an interesting thing goin' on here which is pretty dope in and of itself.

As for the samples sounding basic. It never hurts to mess with a bunch of effects.

You might find some atmospheres that you like.
