your phrases lack depth-straight 8 bar progressions are boring. your instruments lack texture (program that lead oboe? to change dynamics here). You use the same rhythmic motif every time in the piano-bland. Do yourself a favor-go listen to Telemann. Lots of inspiration to be had there.
