It's fairly well covered, I'll give you that. However, a few things prevent it from having a higher rating.

You didn't bring anything new to the table with this cover, just sounded like you were trying to replicate the sound of the original. I've already heard the song the way it was written by the original artist, I want to hear something else.

Failing the above point, it seems that you've over-processed your voice to a point where it grates on one's ears at certain points, and doesn't sound all that amazing at the points when it doesn't. The basis of what you're trying to do is definitely there, but you need to tone down the delay and flange at some parts.

Summary: Well-done cover, but try to experiment a little more and play with your mixing a bit.

Instrumentally it sounds like Deftones.
