This was a remix that I had no intention of doing until I heard Marble Zone GBA version music from Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis after I bought it from a kid. I thought it was horrible and that I could do better.
After six hours of work and some fine tuning this morning, I completed what I consider the best remix I've made and the most fun I've had making a remix so far.
Instead of using electronic beats like I usually do, I used drums and it reminded me of how Modern Chemical Plant Zone sounded in Sonic Generations. I even added a little bit of Marble Garden Zone from Sonic 3.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
What have you done?
It's still a good song, but it's not Marble Zone. Out of every sonic game ever made Marble Zone is my favorite zone score, so i judge remixes of it pretty harshly.
You get half credit for producing an OK song, but you've butchered the best Sonic score ever.
