Bad, bad, BAD!

If Gershwin were here, he'd kill you for ruining his song. Too bad he ain't alive to kill ya.

Not the right tools

You asked me to review your music, so here I am... this first take on rhapsody in blue left me feeling kind of, well, blue.

I don't think a small electric keyboard can even come close to providing an expressive enough voice for such a piece. (from what you had explained in an answer to a review).

The odd syncopation and rymthlessness didn't help either. I'm sure you could make something better.

bad

Gershwin would cry. You cut out all of his brilliant transitions, butchered the syncopation, and made it uninteresting.
Sorry.

Sloppy, unrefined mush.

Man, I'm sorry, I'm overly critical, and everything, but still, don't do something like that to George Gershwin ever again. That whole thing was just sloppy. There's a difference between expressive and erratic, terrified playing. Please, try harder.

Eaglerulez responds:

I know what you are saying, it was really hard to play this on a keyboard, so the expresions/dynamics where hard to recreate as opposed to a real piano. I know I was rather sloppy, but honestly the keyboard was just throwing me off. I am not really one for excuses but I am just explaining it through my view. It does sound better on a real piano though. Thanks for the critiscism
