Yo i play oboe so i dont know anything about guitar but i do that if you wanted a higher rate you would go for some higher sound quality by filter this or lowering the volume this is good you ever played vice city its kinda like this u need a band behind you and some one working the switches man peace syntrus out (0_0)

311's one of my favorite bands, so I'll definitely review it. You can definitely tell that it is the song "Amber" without even saying it in the title. It seemed a little rough on some parts of it, like you had a little baffle in the mind on what note to play. However, in saying all this, I think you did a decent job in playing the intro of the song. Keep working on it, though. Maybe you can submit the whole song sometime. :)
