As a favor, my good friend Claude let me record him playing a guitar. I think he's pretty damn great, and I'm glad our schedules were able to work with each others. The song itself was made as an assignment for my sound class. I took the raw recordings that we did together and pieced out this. It was fun, but there were obviously some challenges. I would have liked to work on it longer, and I wish I could have worked closer in the editing process with Claude by my side, co-oping it together, but the schedule for the studio was full for a large period of the time. I wound up getting my last time slot the night before it was due: from 9pm to 12am. Also, I kind of wish I had longer to experiment with mic placement, but that's mostly my bad anyways, and a lesson for future time management necessities.
