This song started as a conversation between an American girl, and our drummer and I. Hence the first verse (we were setting up a microphone). Then we added everything else around, and look what happened. (Hint: This!)
So, like You Have Nice Melons Of The Fruit Variety, this was recorded for an EP and then was rewritten, and to be re-recorded. This one features the least changes. It's a few tweaks and now I harmonise with Ashley, our drummer, who sings this song, in the chorus, rather than Ashley harmonise with himself, which obviously cannot be recreated when we play it live.
Love the sound, but my only complaint is losing the Vocals and lyrics at times. Perhaps it is my ears but I really lose a lot of what I like when I'm not able to consistently hear the lyrics. Loving the horns, bass, and drums. Keep playing :)
if you can't hear this you're gay hmm... I can't believe that was an actual line in this shitty sounding song. This is exactly what I thought of this song... ITS GAY. Sorry but i guess i have to be the asshole to dash your bands music dream but you will probably thank me in the end when you realize that you were going nowhere and sounded horrible. I can't understand anything that is said in the song and that trumpet is seriously annoying. when you guys play your next gig, i hope it will be your last and that no one ever has to hear this again but most of all i hope no one has ever had to pay any money to hear this. Not even a cover charge at a run-down bar in the middle of bum-fuck nowhere. And one last thing, You should care about how bad this song is.
This was really cool man. Loving that brass a lot! This is some damn good ska. You have a band? Are you still together, and do you have a Facebook page or whatever that I can follow?

I liked the beginning and the vocals.Your voice is really good and your drummer is too but the lyrics need a little work.
