Made this from a shaker + clap loop, putting into a tape delay and firing up the feedback real high, and after that automating the filter in the delay to control the pitch.

(if you're going to try this yourself, make sure you have a heavy limiter / compressor on the track, or you'll blow your speakers out of their body) ;)
