This song was a freestyle song thread we had started on a certain online forum, and we asked posters to suggest things to incorporate into the song, or to post images, and we'd rap about them. The following is what was either mentioned, or posted:

- "Dicks in your butt" That's all that was said.
- Say "All heil Waluigi"
- An image of Hank Hill saying "I tell ya hhwhat"
- An image of a woman performing fellatio
- An image of Cartman from South Park, having a cheeseburger forcefully injected into his rectum
- A request for us to put Sharpie Markers into our own asses
- An image of something gross. Surgery related I think.
- Illustration depicting an ancient samurai using a modern-day pen to gouge a man's throat
- A thermal image showing the effects of a man farting
- An image of someone holding a penis down towards the ground as if to prove some sort of point. Or pivot.
- A "My Little Pony" character comprised of nothing but giant penises
- The dad from Rugrats
- An animated GIF of Milhouse from the Simpsons, alone on a teeter-totter
- Furry/Anime drawing of a Fox-person being decapitated by another equally strange animal-person

For everything in-between, and leading up to, of course we had to come up with material to bridge in, but it was all on the fly.
