I've realized that new songs from me are few and far between, and the only explanation I can give is that I've been working through a massive creative block. Those things are a bitch to deal with.

Anyway, I've been messing with some of the newer pads that came with FL10, and I really liked the one called Dawning, and thus we have the back-story for the name. Now onto the crunch. I've been wanting to do more D&B songs (albeit lacking in the bass). It's a style that seems to bring out the best in my musical ability (at least I think it does). So I took a basic pad melody (if you can call repeating two notes a melody), added some drums, and a few other synthesizers, and here we have this song.
