This is a demo piece I quickly created when Hardscore Games approached me last summer when they were looking for an audio dude for their new mobile trading card game Star Admiral.
Obviously I got a little overexcited and created a far too fast-paced and dramatic piece for a trading card game (even if it does have actual 3D ships shooting at each other) but I really just wanted to show what space combat means to me - and it set a decent base to discuss the kind of music the game actually needed.
And well, I think you can hear what space combat means to me. Encounters of epic scale, huge ships and squadrons of fighters commandeered by brave pilots engaging in dramatic battles that determine the fate of the universe, most of them never coming home, doomed to end up as vapor in the void... yeah...
Now, the piece was only meant as a demo and was done very quickly so it doesn't have a good progression or too much polish, it's really just about the atmosphere - but I hope some of you will enjoy it.

Yay, another epic song I found, happy to give you 5 stars for this awesome track. Especially the choir effects in the end gave the song an amazing atmosphere!
Thank you very much! Although actually it's a soprano soloist, not a choir. :)
This definitely sets the mood that you described above. Pretty awesome choir that comes towards the end, perfect volume automation.
Thanks. Although it's actually a solo sopranist. ^^
wow could i use this for a animation
Hi, sorry, I hadn't seen this before. Yeah, sure. Go ahead.
I totally get that combat feeling by listening to this!
Did they actually take this piece for the game?
I'm glad it works as intended. :D And nope, this particular piece can't be found in the game. They liked it but it didn't really fit, I could have gone through greath lengths to make it work but I decided to create new pieces that incorporate a few ideas from this one.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
