I definitely didn't feel anything epic from this. Not that it was bad, it was actually quite nice haha. The song itself I give a 3/5, but in regards to an epic sound, it gets a 2/5.
I sort of felt calmness, serenity, peace before the storm(Without the storm sadly) kinda thing. But there was no oomph, no strength behind it. No real build-up. Nothing to really grab me & say "This s#$% is real, man. It's goin' down!"
Looking back at this I agree. Its very still. It has an essense of a battle mist. I may revist this to give it its extra oomf now that i have some nbew toys!

I really enjoyed the volume automation/ reverb/ sustain on that synthy pad in the background. This has a great cinematic mood to it. Nicely done.
I like the build up but i think it got a bit repetitive
just add some variations with choirs and it'll be flawless
