So, I was feeling guilty of not uploading anything this week, so I dug this up and shared it! (I've got two projects running at once: One for music class, one for fun. I plan on uploading both as part of my project, as long as the genres fit.)
When I was supposed to make that 'melodic trance song' for BlueOceans, I tried out a few openings. This one I ditched because it was WAY too complicated and also sounded a bit too much like johnfn's Soar (that guy has way too much influence on me). After I put up Echoing Calm, this thing was still stuck in my head. I'm not planning on finishing it anytime soon, but I may come back to it when this project's over or something. I really like how the first few bars turned out.

I love what you did here from 0:00 till 0:15 it is some very nice stuff then it changes up notbad either but that first 15 seconds is something very good I would give this one a go the name looked interesting and so I must say that was a good decision as I have enjoyed this and the direction you have it going in, would have loved a longer portion of that 15 seconds but overall its a nice tune

Oooo...so ominous! :D I like it! The instruments were chosen well, and had just the right amount of reverb on them. The suspenseful and apprehensive moods add a lot to it, but it's also very catchy and danceable in a way. I could totally see it in a '90s cop show! ;) Complaints include overuse of sweeps towards the beginning and weird compression/mixing issues at :16 which make that part a lot quieter than it should have been. Otherwise, I like it! It has a lot of potential. Keep up the great work, LunacyEcho! ;D

The intro really got me at once. I like the mysteriousness! (The piano sample sounds great :p)
The bass and drums work well, and so do the synths. The atmosphere is great, can't wait for this (take your time though, as you said)!
