Okay, another demo. (When's the last time I've uploaded a full song?) Anyways, this is another WIP but don't expect it to be done anytime soon. I'm stuck with this one too. I love messing with the synths and sequencing everything in this song but it needs more....but what more does it need?
Thoughts? Criticism? Anything is appreciated.
Enjoy~

Thank youu~
bdog has some great technical tips but i think you mixed the instruments quite well and there was a moment that the bassline took me. look forward what you have to offer in the future
Thank you~ I agree, he always reviews my stuff and has great things to say in his reviews. Thank you for your review, as well, I think what will make the mixing even better is if the instruments are even better lol. Have a good one!
303 in the beginning is too low pitch, try higher keys with a 303 especially if the song is going to be upbeat also it sounds like your editing the ''303ish'' preset, try making your own 303
its just a saw wave and a square with some res. and cutoff on filter one in sytrus, its what ive done for every 303 ive ever made until i started using reason and its thor polysonic synthesizer, making a 303 is so much easier then using sytrus and more fun
like i said you should really get reason 8 its really easy to use and i know youve had trouble learning the way FL works, with reason its the easiest thing and i could also teach you if you want
anyway
drums are a bit off not so well fitting aside from the clap
0:27 is were the song really kicks in
sorry for the harsh words
i mean a few tune ups and the song will sound better :D
Those definitely aren't harsh words! Haha, this is a Work in Progress for a reason. What i really wish I got a little bit more of on newgrounds is criticism. While the kind words and praise are nice, the only way I can get better is if I improve the flaws and make what's great, even greater. So with that in mind, I have to say thank you ^^. I will try to get reason for myself, it's just slipped my mind, and by what you're telling me it seems like a good DAW.
Anyways, thank you for the review, as always, you're awesome! :)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
