Sounds like Mixcraft instruments, those bells, tbh. Not bad stuff, but it could use some polishing -- modulation, velocity, more precise volume leveling, master limiting, and maybe some 808's thrown in. Your percussion kind of lays there too. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad. I can see the effort. It's just not perfect.
