Good 'ol Bark theme
This takes me wayyyyyy back to the arcades (yes, I did play the arcade version). I seemed to own everyone as Bark, for good reason (Hyper-Mode + Downed rival + rapid hammerpunches = PWN). This music is great, the beat is there and the music is very accurate. Nice to see this music on newgrounds! The whole freaking 5 points.

I hate this guy! Hes so strong and his attacks break my barriers! He also blocks alot! His weakness though is his slow speed and u can sidestep and attack him! Anyway this is s cool song!

I don't know what the best is. But I use Fruity Loops Studio. This was a MIDI, but now its an Mp3. I don't know what the best programme would be to use though.
