It is pretty good as far as battle themes go. As you mentioned, it does need to be more intense, but this is still a good battle theme. It would fit for a video game if it's a less harmless, presumably nice, monster. It does work very well as a battle theme, and I could see it in a game.

Seriously though, this was my take on a battle theme. I wanted it to be far more intense (at least those were the intentions at first) but alas as I kept going it turned out to be pretty upbeat. Oh well, what are ya gonna do? Next time I make a battle theme I'll try something far more intense.
