MaestroRage responds:

I apologize for the late response!

Very Good

Compared to other classical this one is quite good.
I liked the middle and the beginning, the ending seemed a tad short and the song overall was short.. But, it was still pretty good.
Keep it up!

MaestroRage responds:

yes indeed, the ending of this one is quite short, the full version is of course, longer :D. I hope, should you read this response, you will go check it out. It in my opinion is a fair deal better.

In any case, thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it! I apologize for the late response!

An idea is born...

How? How in all that is holy and made by God did I forget to review this piece? And such a piece it is as well! Now I know how YOU felt when you had forgetten about my review Maestro. That sudden reminder coming a bit late and then it ends up smacking you in the head as a last attempt to remind you on time. Ah well, better late than never, right? On to the story. A bitter and horrific scene unfolds before us. A dock with numerous burning ships sinking to the depths of the sea is what unfolds. The dead lie floating lifelessly in the flame-stewn water with their blood oozing out to the noses of ravenous sharks who then rise with such speed and devour the corpses without little more consideration then for their own growling, empty stomachs. And amidst all this we see a figure watching this horrific scene. A warrior who brandishes a spear. His eyes furiously angry and horrifyed at this disasterous place. Suddenly, without so much as a warning, he swings his spear all about in random directions, roaring in a intellidgible language that is foreign all on it's own. Finally, with this man's anger at it's peak, a burning power that is shown through this man's furious eyes, he raises his spear upside down and shouts at the top of his lungs, "DAMN YOU BROTHER!!! MUST YOU CONTINUE TO HAUNT ME TILL THE VERY END!?!" and impales his spear into the stone road with such a force that the ground shakes and cracks appear from the spear. Why is this man angry? And why does he blame his brother for such a horrendous act when his brother is no where in sight? I'll tell you. When this man and his brother's parents died the brother had already begun the walk down the crooked and wide path while the man had begun his walk down the straight and narrow path of life. And ever since their parting the brother had become a pirate of the worst kind. The kind that plunders, steals, destorys, and kills showing no remose or mercy to those that would attempt to stop him or get in his way. The man had heard numerous reports of this but paid no heed saying that he and his brother had cut off all ties in the fact that he was tired of having to save his brother time and time again. However, as the old saying goes, "Pay no heed to your past problems and they will haunt you till the very end..."

MaestroRage responds:

I have never considered the open sea scenerio. With sharks consuming the dead... what an interesting image. One filled with a darker setting.

I get that this brother is dead then? At long last in the ocean he was slain? It is possible I suppose... Regrets ring true and fierce in many hearts, I would say in EVERY heart on this planet. It is only human to error after all, and with that, it is only human to regret. Therefore in my eyes, those who do not heed their past, will be abruptly woken up regularly with the same past they ignored.

It is only human.

Thank you for the story Zen, and the review. I am glad you liked the piece.

noice man

It was good. I enjoyed it. Keep up the good work.

MaestroRage responds:

that is the plan! Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it.
