See, I was just gonna check up on whether regulars from years ago were still around but then you go ahead and mix in them mario coin blings into a breakbeat and now I've been stuck here for the last 15 minutes.
C'mon now. Just riddim-queue-loose.

Song is about a magic dog that lives in a tower and speaks telepathically to three police officers. The dog convinces the three officers to visit the tower and commit ritual suicide in order to purify the world. The end.

haha, I haven't seen your name in ages. It sucks how artists and creatives can sequester themselves into anti social microcosms, myself included. FYI, a few golden oldies...
Parathile is now owning face in the DNB scene under the name Emperor. Cornandbeans became Space Laces and did work with Excision/Datsik. Look up his soundcloud page, his shit is filthy. Haywirehaywire is now just Haywire and is doing quite well as well. Stan-SB is rocking out as Fox Stevenson, still doing his pop drum and bass thing but he's obviously the best at it.
There are plenty of other NG oldies that are active and such but for drum and bass, those peeps ^.^
love that pendulum vibe it gives off
Woah, you gotta warn me before you give a compliment that big.
I can't deduct any stars from this for it not being an original track.
That being said, really good work! I mean, it's not my cup of tea, but i'll have to refrain from personal opinion while rating the quality of this piece.
Despite this not being my taste, i can really appreciate this track for it's quality, creativity and vibe. Great use of vocal samples.
I have this on a loop while writing this review and i must say.. it's growing on me a bit.
So yeah, great work, keep it up!
yay! I've gained fairsquares lurv and approval.
Really digging the energy on this one. So fast-paced but... calmn, somehow. Wouldn't be as awesome without the Ding though. Special sound, and samples as to which I'm curious of the origins ... really fun, ferocious, laid-back kind of track.

Got the vocal samples from a documentary called "The Killing of America," a doc about social issues in the US that have evolved in recent decades. It includes stories of serial killers, race riots, and assassinations. It's some pretty dark material. Had to ignore a lurch in my stomach when I was chopping up the audio.
The style of drum and bass is called liquid which evolved about two decades ago. It includes influences from jazz, funk, and blues. There's alot of drum and bass out there that carries a laid back vibe with those up tempo break beats. Look up Bachelors of Science on Pandora, a friend recommended that channel to me a long time ago. Good vibes CyberDev :)
Love the vibe of this one, the sounds bring me back to playing Lumines on a PSP in England while we were meeting our European publisher for Alien Hominid... Sound is a powerful thing!
I have musics like that. I associate System of a Down with Final Fantasy VII, and the band "!!!" with Runescape. I don't listen to music when I game anymore... soundtracks have gotten too good :C
