My last remix was in March 2017. Now we're here, and I've finally got another remix! Yay!

It's a bit of a story, how I overcame the block I've been sitting on to push out this. This remix came out of a scrap of an original composition which I had originally wrote in April 2017, more than a year ago. At some point during its production I probably realized that what I had made sounded a lot like Over the Mountains, and I must have changed the notes to reflect a remix.

But then I all but forgot about it. Moved on. Joined CHIPS, made good music. etc

Come just a couple days ago, when I was strolling through my list of scrapped project files for a little post-CHIPS-anniversary cleanup, and I stumbled upon the gem of an idea in this project file. I wasn't expecting it to be a remix when I opened it, since the track started off as an original composition and I had named the file accordingly.

So I finished what I had started and... here we are. A new remix! It's been so long :3

ANYWAY the original song features a marimba and a balaban, so I thought I'd give it my own twist by recording pan flute and xylophone sounds on my keyboard live for use in the track. That's close enough, right?

And finally big thanks to all of you in the PMD community and all of you PMD fans in my discord server for continuing to support me, and now I have something to give back to you guys once more <3 Enjoy!
