A hidden gem I must have missed in 2018 :X Beautiful song! I love the percussion and the rising/falling effect, as well as all of the subtle little melodies playing. Can't say anything bad about it, great work!
So one day I decided to attempt to do some more Ar tonelico doujin music -- specifically, based on the kind heard in laboratories, Dive Therapists' places, or sometimes even title screens in the Ar tonelico games. It does appear that this loop will be used in a VN project in A Reyvateil's Melody; when it'll be out, I don't know -- but at least this is here for everyone's listening pleasure.
As a point of trivia: in the original games, you occasionally heard the name of the games spelt out, A-R-T-O-N-E-L-I-C-O, in time with the music. That name is actually the name of one of three towers which sustains all life in the in-game planet, Ar ciel. Because we at A Reyvateil's Melody decided to do an original story based on the universe of Ar tonelico, we let many years pass. We replaced Ar tonelico with another tower, Pantha Rhei -- which is why I spell it out in this piece of music.
If anyone is looking for my influences, it's the Merk themes from Ar tonelico 3.
TL;DR: It's original music, based on a really obscure fandom of games with amazing music. I'm aware that the above doesn't make much sense to most of you so I hope you'd perhaps listen, enjoy, and perhaps look up Ar tonelico music in your own time.

Cool Ar Tonelico influence, I love the music from those games but haven't played them.
Same here, I was introduced to the games via the music. I'm still looking for secondhand discs...
