Nice theme ! Would go perfectly paired with some Action / Sci-Fi imagery.
Good use of arpeggiators. The sliding bass before the changes could use a subtle percussive reinforcement, but other than that it's a solid piece.

This track is about oppression. First, people are oppressed, harassed and they're living in constant fear.
But these people don't give up so easily ...
They're working hard to fight back their assailant. A hard fight, a fight which looks like a war.
When the conflict seems finished, there are tensions ... Then, they realized they've won this battle, no more oppressed, free. But the price of freedom was heavy.
