Did a test recording of some power chords to cassette, and decided to try some of the extreme playback manipulation I've seen Heinbach do in his work.
Very happy with the turnout, I spent extra time getting the mixing right and it seems to have paid off. Did a few modal changes for fun, track starts out in Locrian, then dances around a couple minor keys before it's over.
This track is probably going to be the lead-in to Rebuild This World on the album, the grim vibes should contrast nicely with the more hopeful tone of that.
