No...

Not a boss battle !
Normal battle, ok!
Technological dungeon theme alright!
Miniboss, FINE!
But not boss, This is not scary enough to be Boss, LET ALONE final boss!
Bosses need a little more heavy-ness or Darkness
and final bosses nowadays just BEG for cathedral organs!
But, WHAT THE HELL! Great mix!

nice idea

Cool idea, and nice beat, but it is not nearly scary enough to be used in a boss battle. To me it seemed better fitting for a particularly taxing puzzle area or even a mini-game. Otherwise keep up the great composition!
