Look up "Ben Osterhouse" and more specifically "Sospiro Strings". I think you could find it very useful and it's inexpensive.
This sounds nice as usual.
This was a fun short track. Made with mostly free instruments with an exception.
During the big sale yesterday, which was final day for summer sales of virtual instrument, I grabbed Tableau Solo Strings from Orchestral Tools when it was 15% off. Mainly because I needed a good collection of solo strings and unfortunately free instruments can't provide much. 89 EUR which was ~$98 USD, quite affordable for such a good library of high quality strings.
After weeks of messing with OT Layers, I finally got around and learn how to properly use it, of course still without any knowledge on theory. But I learned how to manipulate chord and progression with ease this time. Percussions are the usual.
