The most important thing that I need to discuss: The wow sound at 3:18 is too loud. It's very distracting and pulls you out of the experience.

The less important bits:
You could use an audio editing software such as Audacity to normalize the audio such that the overall volume of the song is louder.
Not only that but you should adjust the volumes of each track before exporting the song so that they all work together instead of sounding like sudden loud parts at random times.

This is my personal opinion but I think you gotta crank up the bass man.
