BACK for another review! So here is my opinion of the work:
I wasn't exactly fond of the beginning piano loop, it seems you only changed one or two notes at the end each time. I liked the vocals on this becuase, it reminds me a LOT of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas for some reason. Maybe its the mix and tone of the voice that reminds me of 'White Rabbit.' I know that song has nothing to do with christmas, but still a great song. I kind of liked the drowned sound, its very...vintage? LOL. Can I use that word? I liked the rest of the song actually. I just am not fond of the beginning piano loop...it could have been a bit more creative. Also the mixing could have been sharper in a few places.
Otherwise, nice effort!

The beginning was just running through the D and E major scales. It actually started from what I play on my brother's keyboard when I'm reading something. I always arpeggiate the D and E major chords. Then I just tried to give it a Christmas sound. I liked the beginning but hey not everybody has the same taste.
I'm not sure if I've heard that tune you mentioned but the name does ring a bell.
Haha vintage yeah you could use that to describe it I guess. I wish I had mixed this a bit better but I was just so damn tired of listening to this song. I literally had close to thirty different mixes of this. I might remake it though since I am getting a Yamaha DGX-203 keyboard for Christmas. Well thanks for the great review I'm glad you liked the song for the most part haha.

Awsome song dude. Now this is what I want to be listening to on christams. This really strayed far from your normal music but I see you did put in a little slow guitar solo. And was that you on the vocals because if it was I suggest not to do it again. Mostly because your voice cracked on high notes. But you got my 5 and my download. Good job.

hey man thanks a lot for the review. Nope the singer wasn't me it was Bad_Man_Incorporated and he was just coming off of a cold so his voice wasn't in it's best shape. I had a lot of fun trying something different.
