Does anyone agree with me, that it would be cool to be arrested at school for mistaken identity? I mean, not only are you not charged with anything, but when you get back to school, you have a brand new bad ass rep. When they ask you what happened, you just reply "Don't worry about it". HAHAHHA!

You know, I'd rather not have a reputation as a badass. Eventually, someone would challenge you to a fight to prove how tough they are. You'd probably end up being beaten up, and humiliated.
I'd much rather have a reputation as a nice person, and a good friend.
If that's the sort of thing that impresses your peers, then fine. Better than being known for doing something, right?
