cod4 is terrific. cod5 is like an extention of 3, but with new nazi zombie mode which is terrific, but i aint dishing out 1600 microsoft points for all the maps.

Once you get to 10th prestige cod4 blows and is useless. So Im gonna have to say WaW.
I consider them equals.
In terms of multiplayer, 4 is much, much, much, much, much, much better. The MP40 killed World at War's multiplayer for me. There's even a clan dedicated to using the thing. Humanity disappoints me.
I thought COD4's campaign was horrible. The only mission I found to be even remotely enjoyable was All Ghillied Up, and MacMillian was the only decent character in the game.
I thought WaW's single player was great. There was no stealth involved, so 1 of the campaigns didn't feel pointless.
And don't get me started on Modern Warfare's setting.

It will be like horde mode, just normal soldiers, not zombies.
