I'm definitely thinking murals of memorable Newgrounds characters, tank stuff, older and newer headers and backgrounds, just a total nostalgia/pride paintsplosion.
And you've got to have fancy light fixtures. Chandeliers or something along those lines.
Stained glass windows custom made with Picos and Tankmen etcetera.
Bas-reliefs of NG related things.
And snarky images around your power outlets.
And shag carpeting.
