Mardek is one of the best rpg games I have ever played. I literally liked everything about this game, the story, the gameplay the art... I think that if you try it out it will satisfy you and you'll understand what I mean :)

Yeah okay but no one has mentioned Sonny which is the actual certified best flash rpg on the site, 2 out of 5 scientists might agree.

"Mythiventures (Heroes Tactics)" is pretty awesome.
It's like a combination of HOMM, FF Tactics, and Heroes Charge. Turned based strategy (Tactical RPG, Tactical strategy)

Epic Battle Fantasy 3 and 4 are 2 of the best I've ever played.
Zebra Joke Adventure is a very good game because it has more zebra jokes than any other game.
The best ones I've played were:
Legend of the Void, which is good for its graphics, the variety in skill trees and classes, and its strategic approach to battles. Like, it made you think about what to do. The downside was that you could only control one of the two characters in terms of skills and stuff, and that I couldn't beat the game as a mage. I still really like it though. You can summon things.
Wasted Youth part 1, which I see someone has already brought up. The game is utterly amazing. The dark humor is awesome, there's a HUGE amount of exploration and it allows you to get into a daily routine and become immersed in the world, with tons of sidequests and medals. There aren't any battles, though there are a few puzzles and minigames. There's also collectibles and unlockables such as emails, original drafts etc. And also plenty of fun visual mods. The biggest downside is that part 2 never came out, though the developer is making a 3D remake that unites both parts.
Someone also brought up Mardek RPG, which I've played, and which I really liked, though I would need to replay it to tell you how hood it is.

The Ristar RPG seemed good but I don’t know about it being the best..
