@AntonM wrapped cool visuals with haunting music to create the perfect Halloween treat.
2nd - $150
@Gooseworx is a true original and this playful celebration of ghosts is filled with her great comedic sense and mixed-media visuals.
3rd - $120
@BoyPorcelain and @NickSenny crafted a creepy loop that will haunt your sleep. 2020 was a great year for parasites!
Honorable mentions to The Magician & The Mother, What’s in the Bathtub? and A Pizza My Heart, all great standouts this year.
Top Four Games
1st - $200
@milkbarjack and company are on a roll, having made two of the best games we’ve played this year between this and Bonkers. Dead Estate is a gorgeous top-down roguelike that exceeds all Spooktacular expectations.
2nd - $150
@Butzbo created a Castlevania-esque adventure in his own signature style, with multiple levels of adventure. We look forward to collecting the second sock!
3rd - $70 and $5 Nintendo eShop Code courtesy @colorsCrimsonTears
@GuyUngerNL and @cobcris prepared a feast for the eyes; this seamless blend of 3D and claymation immerses you completely in their world.
4th - $50
@Stopsignal made a delightful metroidvania about Dracula and his pals. The web version will need a beefy PC but there’s a standalone version you can also try!
Honorable mentions to Karrior Killer and Hour of the Wolf, both totally killer!
Top Three Art
1st - $100
@MatthewLopz got in the Halloween mood with a bloody good work of art.
2nd - $100
@BridgeofFaust rendered a rogues gallery from the Warioverse, with lots of eye candy.
3rd - $50
@Template88 envisioned the ultimate Halloween fighting game featuring all your favorite goth girls.
Honorable mention to @nashotobi, who illustrated a creepy character every day in October as part of his “Welcome to Shipsgravel” anthology of Lovecraftian short stories.
Top Three Music
1st - $100
@VociferousMusic composed a legendary 36 minute symphony to celebrate the season!
2nd - $100
@DenisPelmenev’s snarling dubstep track is chock full of creepy crawly sounds.
3rd - $50
@Jxudo consistently nails the sound of Halloween, having also won last year with Spirits Lament. Spooky fun!
