Adult games with medals?

I've been having a look at Newgrounds medals today, & noticed there are NO adult games on Newgrounds that have medals (none in a year, and only 4 ever - but even 2 of those are deleted).

Does this mean that nobody wants medals in adult games?

Is it offputting perhaps? Like it's embarassing to have an adult medal on your profile?

Or are most adult games missing a trick? Do people want medals in their adult games?

The games I make have multiple choices, so I thought the medals could be a fun thing to unlock, and encourage replayabily, trying all pathways.

Dunno, just wondered. Would you play an adult game wanting to get a medal?

What a darn shame! I don't play adult games though, so, not really fussed, maybe there is a rule about medals and age ratings on Newgrounds? I don't know if @TomFulp can provide some clarity.

And yet ironically there are a few adult games that do have medals.

And there are other cases where, though the medals are no more, if someone already obtained them they still have the points.

But yes the general rule is don't put medals in adult games.

All that would happen is an API mod would come along and take the medals off it, or set the value to 0.

Then i did a "contest" in the forums giving away a patrons only version to the first one to get all 10 easter eggs, so at least they wouldn't go unappreciated.

Awesome idea! I will consider this in games to come. Now i'm focusing on animations instead of games, but i intend to go back making games as soon as Ruffle supports actionscript 3. I had a really good time developing Cute Neighbour...

Btw... did you ever see your easteregg in the game? i'm under the impression only @Fro saw his...

Yeah, I think I posted about it on the supporter thread at the time, it's the only adult game I have played, only played to find my easter egg, it was funny! I was having trouble getting past the starting part, lmao, I didn't finish it past finding the easter eggs through knocking on doors!
