Update on the animation here
So far @colorsCrimsonTears oc animation wise is coming along nicely. Gifs can't be played in private messages I don't think. So might as well post the progress in the dump. Also it is lovely that the viewport display in blender plays at 9-12 frames when grease pencil shit is displayed instead of the the full 24fps X_X. Thankfully the 3d model was able to be shown moving at 24fps, so that saved my when it comes to drawing the frames.
Still a WIP. Blender has some tools that will give the special speed/stretch effect pretty easy without redrawing. So that'll be done once the clothing, armor, hair and face are animated. (Yes I could've just not drawn the muscles to save time, but I wanted just see how I would do at animating them)

Alright here's another update. Decided to get line work pretty much done quick, seeing as how the economy is about to go into the shitter. If I wake up to an economic crash, well at least this part is done. Anyways I'm liking how it's turning out. The blade glowing over the main body is a neat unexpected touch. It's always a joy breathing life into characters. Hope the GIF plays @colorsCrimsonTears

Brooooo, this is turning out awesome!
Alright @colorsCrimsonTears another progress update. Pretty much near finished. Just need to clean a couple things up and I'll be moving onto animating the next oc that's in the same scene. I don't think much shading will be needed, since the environment is the literal fucking void.

Yooo it looks CLEAN dude!
The lighting is sick~

Pretty done with as much of the clean up I wanted to do. Also added some effects here and there for it's finalization.
Now @Diegosgamer7the in that same scene will be getting animated. I have couple ideas on how Suarez will be animated based on the transmutation properties he exhibits. Although nothing too major since it's just an introduction scene.
Here's an update on Suarez @Diegosgamer7the
Still a wip, but so far it's heading in the right direction. Will probably add some more effects to emphasize the speed once I get the details on the moth wings and leg down. From what I can tell based on the color of the wings. The moth in particular is a Protoboarmia porcelaria? More simply the giant grey moth I assume?
Alright pretty much done with Suarez @Diegosgamer7the, aside from small things here and there (like maybe a small frame tweak.). @Chymphaea oc will be getting animated here soon. It's going to relatively simple.
Anyways here it is.

Btw it'll be up to all of you to decide/figure out what they were in the middle of, based on the animation. Right before getting transported to the void, abyss, kenoma or whatever you call the pure nothingness.
Scene 2 is pretty much done
Here you go @Chymphaea @Diegosgamer7the and @colorsCrimsonTears. If you want frames of the characters shown by themselves in the animation or a still shot for personal collection. Let me know and I'll mess with the camera and isolate the characters.
Anyways good luck facing off against the walking doomsday clock.
Without the transition
With the transition (finished product of scene 2)
Just a little update here. Nothing much, other than Suarez progressively looking more like certain chainsaw wielding maniac as I make more progress and improvements in drawing the animation.
Decided to work on a piece that isn't animation today... Well technically yesterday since this is now being posted at 2 am.
I like your animation work. It is very smooth, it would benefit greatly however from a better grasp of anatomy and posing. Perhaps add those into your art routine and you will definitely see a lot of improvement in your art.

I've already been using an anatomy reference when working on it. Which I will admit, trying to translate muscles into line art has been difficult to figure out. But I will get a full grasp on translating it eventually.
Finished scene 4. Also decided to try improving the um design of Suarez on Krita. I wanted to see how the oc of Diegos would turn out with a glow up.
Still WIP, trying to decide if I want to take the greyscale approach or not for coloring and shading.

Alright the greyscale shading approach is paying off so far. Hopefully it'll look even better when colored. Based the left demon leg off the anatomy model I was looking at for reference in my works. Of course it's a little bit stylized with more muscle fibers than what is actually displayed. But it helps with the monstrous aspect of the character.
I need to figure out exactly what the background is going to be...
Alright it's pretty much done. @Diegosgamer7the here's the rendition of the hybrid form. There's some mutation missing I think, but for the most part. I think I got everything covered.

Alright went in and decided to put in filters. Wow I really need to utilize filters more often, it makes a BIG difference.
A little side stuff being worked on for a little world building (And for the contest that came up.)
Contest creator said is was alright to put the WIP in the art dump. So that I will do. Aside from the shitpost make a story. I've hardly made any actual comics. But it'll serve it's purpose for the theme.

And that's about it for now. Got plenty of time to work on this for the contest.
slight update on page 4, nothing much
