The wait is over; MADNESS: Project Nexus is now available for purchase on Steam!
This is a big day for @Krinkels and @The-Swain, who have worked tirelessly on this game for the past seven years. It’s super exciting to see it out in the wild and if you couldn’t tell by all the Madness promotion this month, we’re hoping the launch goes really well for them.
If you aren’t familiar with Madness, it all started here!
In 2012, Krinkels and The-Swain teamed up to make the original Project Nexus web game, which has gone on to become one of the most popular games in the history of Newgrounds. They’ve come a long way and today is the culmination of their ongoing effort.
Also don't miss all the Madness Day 2021 festivities from last week!
Something that is really helpful after a big event: Browse the art ranked by score and vote on entries! The top-ranked art by score tends to favor items that meet the minimum vote threshold. As more people see them and give accurate scores, things move around and over time the results become more accurate. You don't need to vote zero to move something down; a score of 4 or 4.5 can have a huge impact on something with a low number of votes, so vote based on how you feel a piece stacks up to other Madness Day entries.
