I'm not sure what BF's parents would be like, honestly. I actually really love the concept of BF and Miku being siblings, it's kinda wholesome, also it's confirmed that Senpai and Monika are NOT siblings. (Ninjamuffin stated in a Reddit AMA that Senpai has no association with Monika.)

Also, I am personally not that fond of the idea of Miku and BF being siblings. As a cute "what if?" sure, but nothing canon. Same would go for Pico and Minecraft Alex. But it does help that PhantomArcade has the idea of Miku being the older sibling.
