When I woke up this morning, I came across a post by @MrBendoodle on the VA forum, sharing his character and basic daring people to voice it. The image was so amazingly powerful, it stuck with me throughout the day until finally, tonight, his voice was heard for the first time:

Ok so naturally the character is somewhat of a joke, but I had a ton of fun coming up with this concept during the day, and I was inspired by the cross-pollination Mr Doodle was willing to instigate. So I decided to return the favor:

Post your OC in this thread and if I think I can make it work, I'll give them a train of thought and a voice. What I can make of it will depend heavily on what kind of picture you share, but of course it'll always be something sprung from my personal association.

Alternatively, if you want a bigger response, feel free to follow Ben's example and share it on the VA forum instead.

so idk if i should tell you about this character so i tell only little about this little old guy,

he hates talking to strangers and avoids them as much as he can,

he has a little guide dog too

sure, here's one of my older OCs... even though i made him this year... he's basically a crazy astronaut, if you want then you can see more stuff about him here https://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/techy621/meet-sean-u-stanson-s-u-s-drip-phthonus, btw you don't need to try voicing Drip and Phthonus, also i'm currently redrawing them to look cooler and also more menacing (a note for the voice if you do it, since he's an astronaut his voice sounds like its coming from a radio, plus he's actually about 17 years old)

you can stop at any point you know, people are just going to keep filtering in. just set a stopping point for yourself or you're going to get overwhelmed and never do any.

Ok, so this is the amount of help I'm getting from my peoples in the NG VA Collab. Thanks everyone, for your posts. You can field them a hell of a lot faster than I could ever voice them, and if I am voicing them it will likely be in a random order - and there's always the chance you slapped a character on me I can't handle, although those I think are the most interesting ones for me.
