I'm sure you have better understanding of anatomy than I do right now, but this specific image looks awkward, stiff, and robotic. It should have more dynamic action to it, remember to include or mentally visualize a line of action (Not going vertically straight down, that's a no-no) that shows the dynamics of the pose. Exaggerate. Even if they're doing nothing at all, they're still doing something.

here's something I'm making to look forward to.. trying something new.. poses and a thinner pen size.. therefore no more bucket tool, so I'm doing a lotta colouring by hand. it takes longer and I definitely don't have the technique, but I think it's a long term investment

here I decided to draw with a much smaller pen size. made colouring much more difficult (no more bucket) as I had to colour by hand.. which looks easy when I watch some artists do it on video..... there are mistakes and I probably have a terrible method. However, it's a long term investment toward getting better..
