Content creators missing movies, despite their movie counter showing they have them

Hi, I am encountering an error where when I visit the profile of a creator, specifically to view their movies, the page gives me an error that the user has no movie submissions...despite the counter of their profile showing that they have many movie submissions. Example:

As you can see, Derpixon's profile has 35 movie submissions, yet when I click on that option I get the message that they have no movie submissions. I am encountering this error with all of the different creators I try to visit and this error persists even after I deleted browser cookies/used incognito mode.

Is this some kind of error on my end, or some kind of restriction to a new account? And if so, how can it be resolved?

You're not the only one experiencing this. It's most likely a bug. Other people are experiencing this too:
