WELCOME TO MY SHITSHOW
Nobody here knows me, but I was inspired by seeing Ozone's WIP thread and wanted to have some extra motivation
to just make more stuff, so ideally I'll be throwing a whole bunch of my own junk here.
HO HO HOPE you become a Newgrounds Supporter this year!
We're working hard to give you the best site possible, but we have bills to pay and community support is vital to keep things going and growing. Thank you for considering!

MY UNFINISHED DANKMAN PROJECT
Wish I woulda met the deadline honestly, was having fun with this one.
It has been entirely too long since I've genuinely been in a project.
I need to animate more.

Cool stuff! Are you doing straight-ahead animation or are you doing it more like pose to pose? Keep on posting! Great to see.

Hey! Thank you, I appreciate that!
More often than not I end up going with straight-ahead animation to begin with most of my animations since I have poor planning skills (IMO) and can get very discouraged from actually practicing my animation if I start thinking too heavily about my scope of the project haha
But as of more recent projects I've attempted to have certain motions animated in a more "Pose to Pose" manner and then straight-ahead animating off of that.
I actually would prefer if I would plan more of my actions out ahead of time though because I find it infinitely easier for me to tackle more difficult movements or expressions when I have a strong pose to work around.
Oh my.
Another update in the same year? Let alone at this frequency- how is it possible!
Nothing too crazy! Just wanted to finally start getting something together that had some audio-
I did some smaller script writing and stuff- so if I ever motivate myself enough to do so...
I think it could turn into something neat.
HERE'S ANOTHER SNAPSHOT OF MY PROGRESS. (Imgur Link for massive gif sizing)
WELL... Typically I do not actually work on anything, but I guess some inspiration struck.
Still an infinite amount of things I want to still do for it, but probably the last state it'll be left in for a while.

Been cleaning up a Spider-Man related animation- although with there being audio in it- I can't quite preview it onto the forums very well haha; Part One of it is done, but I don't personally know if it justifies a solo upload to the Movie Portal-
BUT- For those who are stumbling upon this random stuff- some notes for random animation progress and things:
I absolutely need to animate more. IT CONSUMES MY MIND.

This is a great habit to get into! Any effort towards keeping things organized, or pre planning work-to-be-done through scripts and outlines, can really help streamline the process.
Ever since I was a kid I always did black and white drawings- and put off studying any sort of concept of color theory aside from what was present in my Graphic Design course.
Ha ha! I feel this too! I've caught myself making things too saturated many times.
Practiced with audio in the previously mentioned Spider-Man animation; gave me more of an opportunity for audio mixing which is definitely not my thing lol- BUT! It's all a learning process.
Audio mixing is something I'm starting to get into as well as result of doing animation, it can be really fun to make new sounds by layering stuff together. I have a couple links on this bookmarked, they may be of some help to you too:
