These people who already submitted their stories in between the rounds are first in line, ordered by how solid of an idea I have for each one:
Beyond that, it’s first come, first serve. These are other people who expressed interest, but didn’t make a request in this thread yet:
Ah yeah, sorry. At the time you still had requests queued up so I thought to just wait until you ping me yourself, which I'm glad you did!
Preface: I've had a string of ideas for a long time that I had been too lazy to put together, but recently I've been thinking of making a big project out of the story. Here's a brief overview of the setting:

"It is the 22nd century.
The world has just overcome a major resource crisis and most countries now run solely on nuclear power, forcing them to tremendously reduce energy consumption. Environmental damage is the current global issue, especially those related to nuclear waste disposal. A special task force has been employed called the Rad-Waste Disposers, a paramilitary organization hellbent on removal of radioactive wastes and biohazards with extreme prejudice.
In this time of crisis, humanity has been pushed to the advent of a new age of information science and biomechanical engineering. Most machines are now too complex to be operated manually, leading to the wide implementation of brain-machine implants to directly interface with advanced systems. This has also led to a rise of criminals that the media has started to refer to as “cybermancers”, hackers with a dangerously high level of BMI (brain machine interface) synchronicity. The rampant usage of unregistered body-invasive technology has birthed an infectious disease known as “parasync”, borne from modifying the body past the point of synchronicity and with sufferers showing symptoms such as seizures and hideous growths. These people are discriminated against and often violently terminated by Rad-Waste Disposers.
A new city-nation has been built in a distant land, isolated from world conflict and ruled by an independent government. Nuion City: the new center of the world, providing light to a world enshrouded in darkness. Yet the city harbors deep-rooted secrets that have slowly begun to unveil, exposing the truth of humanity's inevitable fate."

Considering my regular content, I tend to explore mature themes (violence, sensitive topics) but I'm a huge fan of comedy as well. You're free to make your own interpretation, I'll leave it up to you cuz I love the stuff you've been coming up with in the thread. I would've loved to be able to provide some concept art for the setting had I prepared any, but unfortunately, I don't have any yet. A general idea of the world is just your average cyberpunk world, minus the bright neon lights everywhere because of scarcity and stuff.
Dunno if it'll help, but here's a character ref-sheet in case you wanted to know how I draw humanoid machine parts/augmentation, etc. The general idea is that society is still functioning normally, so you wouldn't see total chaos or people with half-missing body parts running around but you'll probably spot the occasional android or gym bro with hydraulic arms. Normal totally biological people are still around too, of course, they just have electronics running under their skin. My current design process tends to be subtle/leaning toward aesthetics since the world is not in times of war (not yet at least).
Looking forward to what you come up with, Thetageist!
