how do I unfollow someone who blocked me?

The previous ticket had been closed but I had opened a new one last week when a similar issue came up, I've added this to the ticket now.

Same thing happened to me. There is this guy still shows up on my "Latest From Your Friends & Favorites" list who blocked me for N O. R E A S O N. and I am trying to find a way to get him off my page.
