iirc it's a pain to pirate Adobe products. For modern software, Adobe uses some cloud based system or something which makes it tricky. I could be wrong though, its been a while.

serious answer: you could ask people about the free alternatives, such as blender, krita something user friendly. or look for a movie editor with a one-time purchase instead of a monthly fee.

If you're okay with a steep learning curve, use Blender for 2d animations
If you're looking for 2D/Vector based animation you can use OpenToonz. It's free.

Only deal is that it runs kind of poorly if your computer is bad. You also won't have ActionScript shenanigans of flash but I don't think anybody really uses that.
