The Binding of Isaac Rebirth (with the DLC of course). I currently have 1,051 hours of my life sunken into that game.

As of right now, BeamNG.drive. Cookie Clicker is going to soon overtake it. It used to be Getting Over It originally (i used to be a speedrunner), but it was overtaken by Beam when i left it running over night accidentally.

SCP Secret Lab - I've sunken way too much time into a game that I love and despise at the same time
its the only game in my library with the same loop - open game, play for a while, get mad at it, shut it down for an hour, open it back up again and repeat
I've been playing Just Cause 2 lately (Before moving to JC3; reviews for 1 suggest it's buggy and 4 isn't quite the same game.)
However, no matter what game I play, I'm always returning to Team Fortress 2. Despite having it since the end of 2008, I've only got 1332 hours in it (times of no internet or suitable computer).
Around 1200 hours in GMod back in 2017. Few minutes afterwards.

About 285 hours in Gmod. I don’t really play it anymore, but in middle and high school me and a friend would get home and just play until we fell asleep on DarkRP on a specific server that closed down years ago.
Warframe. 1,634 hours in and never stopped playing it.

Left 4 Dead 2 shot WAAAAAY Up because of my singleplayer brainrot; Going from 10th place to 2nd place. Barony went up as well to a lesser extent (9th -> 6th). One Way Heroics went up a bit, enough to surpass Starbound. Isaac and Terraria I'm waiting to play again when their next big updates release.

1000+ hours in asperite because I left it open on a laptop I dont use for a few weeks
I've only had a proper PC for two years, so my time on Steam prior to that is pretty minimal. I was able to play L4D2 on my Macbook, but not too many other games, especially not modern ones. That being said, I'm currently at 544 hours in L4D2 since 2017, when my friend purchased it for me. This number reflects poorly on my experience with the game, as most of my time spent playing it (and L4D1) was on the Xbox 360.
Behind that, I've got the Resident Evil 4 Remake sitting at 129 hours, and the original Resident Evil 4 at 79 hours.
