South Park intro even weirder

I wasn't sure if I should put this in the audio or animation forum but I think this is best. I'm working on an animation project, and for it, I took the original South Park intro, which is 30 fps, and dropped it down to 10. I did this by cutting the video into 3 frame chunks, cutting off the second and third and replacing them with the first. Basically, every three frames isn't 3 frames but one frame repeated thrice. The reason this is here, is if you know the original South Park intro, you know it's weird, so listen to what it sounds like after I did all that:

This sounds so awful it made me lightheaded NGL.
