Hey, welcome aboard dude. Be sure to do more than just post and wait for people to come to you - check the forums and Collabinator for any parts you can get and actively chase them up. Once you have some material, don't hesitate to share some audio posts to demonstrate your skills. The VA community here is one that needs to stand up for themselves, but if you're willing to do so, there's plenty of cool stuff you can drag your way.
